Cancellation and refunds
How to stop paying, what your statutory cancellation right covers, and the form you can use instead of writing your own. Cancelling takes the same number of steps as subscribing.

How to cancel
Open the billing page in your account and choose Cancel subscription. That is the whole process: one page, one control, immediate confirmation on screen and by email.
- No telephone call.
- No email to a support address.
- No retention offer to decline before the button works.
- No notice period.
Your paid features continue to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account drops to the free plan. Your plans and photographs stay where they are unless you delete them.
If you would rather not use the account page, you may cancel by any clear statement to support@wbrewin.shop or by telephone on +44 116 236 2020, including by using the model form below. We will act on it the day we receive it.
02
Your fourteen-day statutory right
As a consumer buying a service at a distance you have 14 days from the day the contract is made in which to cancel it without giving any reason.
Because a subscription here starts working immediately, the law lets that right end early, but only if three things are all true:
- you expressly asked for the service to begin during the fourteen-day period;
- you acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel once the service had been fully performed; and
- we gave you confirmation of both of those on a durable medium.
How we do that:
- At checkout there are two separate checkboxes, neither ticked in advance, one for each of the first two points. They are checked again on the server, and a subscription cannot start unless both were ticked by you.
- Your order confirmation email repeats both statements back to you word for word. That email is the durable medium confirmation.
If any of the three is missing, your fourteen-day right survives in full. If you were never told about the cancellation right at all, the period is extended to twelve months and fourteen days.
Where you cancel inside the period after asking us to start, you pay only for what you actually used, calculated in proportion to the whole subscription. The rest is refunded.
03
A fresh fourteen days after every renewal
Beyond the initial period, this service gives you a new fourteen-day cancellation period after each renewal, together with a reminder email before each renewal that contains only the subscription details and how to cancel, and is never mixed in with marketing.
This is voluntary early adoption of subscription rules that Parliament has passed but that are not yet in force — they are expected to take effect in spring 2027. We have implemented them now because they are the right way round, and because nothing then has to change for you later. Nothing here is offered as a description of a current legal requirement.
In practice: cancel within fourteen days of a renewal charge and the renewal is refunded in full, less anything you used in that window, and access ends at the end of the period already paid for.

Model cancellation form
You do not have to use this form — any clear statement will do — but it is here if you want it. Complete it and send it to support@wbrewin.shop, or to the postal address published at legal information.

Refunds
Where a refund is due
- You cancel inside a statutory cancellation period: refunded, less a proportionate amount for what you used if you asked us to start early.
- You were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling: refunded in full.
- The service was not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for a purpose you told us about, and we could not repair or replace it: a price reduction or refund as appropriate.
- We closed your account for a reason that was not your fault: the unused part of the period is refunded.
Where it is not
- Simply cancelling mid-period outside a cancellation window: the period you already paid for runs to its end, and there is no partial refund for the remaining days.
- Allowance you did not use. Allowance is a measure of usage, not a balance, and it has no cash value.
Not happy with a plan the service produced
Write to support@wbrewin.shop and say what went wrong. We will look at the reading, re-run it at no cost, and where the service genuinely fell short of what it should have done, refund it. Your statutory rights sit behind this and are not affected by it.
How and when
Refunds go back to the card that paid, using the same payment method, at no charge to you. They are made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we accept the cancellation. How quickly the money then appears is a matter for your bank, and is usually three to five working days.
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. It is almost always quicker, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
06
How and when the service is delivered
This is a digital service delivered over the internet. There is nothing to ship and no delivery address.
- A free account is usable the moment it is created.
- A paid plan is active immediately after a successful payment, typically within seconds, and never longer than a few minutes.
- Access is worldwide, wherever this site can be reached.
- A pairing plan is produced while you wait — normally under a minute for a pile of thirty singles — and is available in your account, as an image and as a printable sheet.
If a payment succeeds but the plan does not activate, write to support@wbrewin.shop. It will be fixed or refunded.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. Where anything here gives you less than the law gives you, the law applies.
